seeking Bitlocker support clarification for Intel NUC

I have a customer with 3 Intel NUCs that are reporting to be NUC7i5BNH

I am needing to enable Bitlocker on all their computers but these 3 Intel NUCs (above mentioned model) are not able to enable Bitlocker with TPM.

 

The Intel ARK states this device does not have a TPM, but this does not appear to be the case when I query this on the device itself, how can this be?

Here is the output from the device showing it has TPM;
