using nuc8i7hnk problem with samsung TV After update the drivers, The tv few times in hour turn off/on for few seconds...

 

and sometime don't turn on, have to restart the nuc8...

more, if I turn on the nuc8 when the screen is off, can't login untill restart the computer.

please refer me to the last drivers page to solve the problem

You can find the latest drivers for this unit here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/126141/Intel-NUC-Kit-NUC8i7HNK I recommend you to update BIOS Update [HNKBLi70.86A], Intel® Chipset Device Software for Windows® and then the graphics driver. Thanks for quick response.

 

try to update the bios and get message tha already have the last version.

I also setup the chipset from the link and , after restart the problem stil exist...

before the issue started the samsung tv was not reconized as proper driver and I use the tv like defualt screen.

  1. Then, I go to this link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/intel-driver-support-assistant.html
  2. And instal all drivers suggested.
  3. The tv recognized as proper driver start to get HD + the tv sound is back
  4. but, new issue, everery few minutes the tv has black screen for few seconds and sometimes it stay like that until restart the computer.
  5. today i do more the 10 restart a day, it's very frustrating.

 

I prefer to remove the graphics drivers and go back to non hd without sound.

after removed the Intel HD graphics driver, the screen stop turn off to black screen,

still see hd resolution, but didn't hear voice from tv.

eventually I can work now : ) woithout need to restart 10 times a day.

 

when will be a better HD graphics driver, I will try it.
