website rendering issues

Does anyone else notice that sometimes you get black blocky areas when a website first loads up or you switch to a different tab in a browser?

Yes, using Mozilla Firefox latest version, but only sometimes when I minimize window, and after it's maximizing I see white blocks. It's content refreshes when I move mouse. So I minimize that window and maximize again and everything OK. But it's only from time-to-time and I don't wanna elaborate with drivers and so on, when everything else is working well

Yes it sounds like the same anomoly as I'm experiencing. It's with Firefox and it's when you open the browser from the minimised state.

Now it's not clear if it's caused by Firefox or driver. Anyway everything else in Win & apps is showing OK, so...I don't care :-)

Hello, All:

From our end, we have not experienced this behavior. You could try updating your Intel® HD Graphics driver version at https://downloadcenter.intel.com/ Drivers & Software.

I have found some information that could help;

So about:config page: layers.offmainthreadcomposition.enabled = false didn't help. Also disabling harware acceleration. Maybe drivers...

Hi Amy_Intel . I installed also Beta driver, but problem with occasional wrong web pages rendering is still here. I also tried to use Edge browser, but issue is the same. INstalled also BIOS 0039. Strange is that everything inside Windows including programs, games is rendered correctly. Only web pages not. I looks that Intel HD 520 has some problem with HTML code rendering

I have an Intel® NUC Kit NUC6i5SYH, BIOS 0039, Beta 15.40.20.4404 and Firefox 45.0, but I do not see any rendering issues, in fact I am playing this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=COvnHv42T-A X-Men: Apocalypse | Teaser Trailer [HD] | 20th Century FOX - YouTube at 1080p and everything works fine. Feel free to copy those links where you are having the rendering issues.

So here is screenshot. It happend randomly, here are some facts:

1, It happens on Mozilla or IE or Edge (so it's not related to browser, it's settings)

2, It happens on older Intel HD 520 driver, latest driver and also beta driver

3, It happens only when windows is maximizing from task bar

4, It happens randomly

5, everything else is renedered OK !

So it's definately issue of GPU, related to HTML code or something like that. When I minimize this "ugly" windows and maximize it, sometimes it refresh and everything is OK. It's occasional. I tried everything possible, make also defaults in Intel HD Graphics settings. Monitor has also latest driver - it's HP ZR2440w via HDMI cable. Windows 10 64bit. May I run some test or anything what will help you?

I have not been able to replicate this issue. I even followed this suggestion and everything seems to be working fine;

See here the context https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1031537 Firefox not rendering or displaying graphics correctly, tried everything? | Firefox Support Forum | Mozilla Support.

With Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer is the same story, everything seems to be working fine.

New video driver solved all these issues. Since that time I used also IE11 and Edge and no problem. Thanks Amy_Intel for your support

I faced the same issue with a website I visited the other day. although the issue didn't appear to be existing after sometime I revisited the website.
