Habilitar Optane con dual boot

Jump to solution

"0xa005004e an unknown error occurred while an operation was in progress. the operation could not be completed"

Hi LSucu,

Thank you for contacting Intel® SSD support group with your request for assistance with your Intel® Optane™ Memory.

As indicated on the Intel® Optane™ Memory Frequently Asked Questions, please follow this link for details: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000024018/memory-and-storage/intel-optane-m...  Intel® Optane™ Memory doesn’t supports dual boot, or an Operating system different than Windows* 10, 64bit.

For your case at this moment, our recommendation is to contact direct your Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Lenovo* for additional support on your re-installation. Please bear in mind, the Optane™ Memory module is manufactured by Intel®; however, as an OEM product, Intel® provides generic versions of hardware, software and drivers. Your OEM is responsible for altered features, customization incorporated, or other changes made.
