Hi OMAGE1,
Thank you for posting in the Intel® communities.
In order to know if the Intel® Optane™ Memory will work with a certain laptop module, we highly recommend you to contact the manufacturer, in this case HP* so that they can confirm you if the laptop is compatible or not. This is something we cannot confirm because every laptop has a different design for different purposes, so only the manufacturer can confirm this.
On the other hand, after investigating about this laptop model, I found the following thread in the HP* community which I believe is yours as well (but I could be wrong): https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/HP-Notebook-15-da0014ne-amp-Intel-Optane/td-p/6966971
In the community thread, HP* confirmed that this specific laptop model is compatible with the Intel® Optane™ Memory 16GB version only. So this means that yes, you can add the module to the laptop as long as it’s the 16GB version.
They also provide the specific part number that you should get for the laptop: L20383-001. This is an HP* part number assigned to the module, but it corresponds to the 16GB version which is the following: https://ark.intel.com/products/135581/Intel-Optane-Memory-M10-Series-16GB-M-2-80mm-PCIe-3-0-20nm-3D-XPoint-
Please keep in mind that even though HP* has confirmed the compatibility with the module, if you want to add it, HP* is the one that should help you configuring the module in the laptop because we are not aware of the features this laptop has, so it’s better to contact them to get assistance configuring the BIOS and OS properly.
Additionally, since HP* states that the only module that has been tested is the one with the product code L20383-001, then it would be better to get the module directly from them so you will be sure you are getting the correct module version that they recommend: http://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?searchText=L20383-001
I hope this information answers your concern.
If there is anything else I can help you with, feel free to ask.
Have a nice day.

Hi OMAGE1,
That module is the Intel® Optane™ Memory 16GB version which according to the HP* thread, it should be compatible with the laptop.
Anyhow, please keep in mind that my answer is just based on the information in the HP* thread. Since the laptop manufacturer is HP*, they are the ones who should confirm any product compatibility with this specific laptop.
I hope you find this information useful.
Have a nice day.

Hi OMAGE1,
Since this is an HP* laptop, then you should contact HP* support.
They also have a community so you may want to try posting the question there: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/bd-p/Hardware/page/9
Have a nice day.
