I have a new Acer Desktop TC-865 that is Optane ready but none installed. Can I uninstall the "Intel Optane Pinning Explorer Extension" without causing issues? Whenever I open file explorer the mouse freeze for a few seconds or minutes.

Only thing left to try is uninstalling the Intel Optane Extension that isn't be used.

If you are not using Optane, yes, you can uninstall the extension and you can even uninstall Intel RST if you wish.
