After multiply try I have removed the H10 to create a total Image & to observe the data on the drive. upon using a USN adapter I have attached this to my win10 pro workstation as I plug in the usb I hire the sound regarding connection, unfortunately I can not view the unit, however on my device Mgr. it shows as LM915 scsi disk. My question is do I need a software to view this device. or is it just damaged.
