Intel optane memory stuck on turning on memory Intel Optane

The situation looks like this. I wanted to change the system. I turned off Intel Optane Memory and i installed windows 11. I have installed the correct drivers RST (17.11.0.1000, 8th and 9th Gen Platforms). I downloaded Intel Optane Memory and storage management from Microsoft store. When I run the Intel Optane Memory on, it stops at 42% after a while and the system freezes.

And my question is how to fix it 

I have: 

-i5 9600k

-msi mag z390 tomahawk

-Intel Optane Memory 32gb
