The most common reason for issues with H10 drives is that the platform simply does not have support for H10 drives. H10 drives are meant for turnkey system designs, not general sales, and thus most platform BIOS do not have support for them. So, the big question: Are you sure your platform has support for H10 drives?

What is the SATA mode in BIOS settings? Is your Windows installed with UEFI boot? Please read the Intel Guide how to install Optane Drive (there is a part dealing with H10 series). If you need to change the SATA mode, do this after setting your Windows to SAFE boot mode.
