Hi can you advise on suitability of optain 32gb nvme m2 in my system please and if you can, likely performace gains?

Intel® Optane™ memory requires a 7th Generation (or newer) Intel® Core™ Processor. Intel® Xeon® Processors are not supported. Another requirement worth mentioning is that the main drive should be SATA based, PCIe NVMe drives are not compatible
