Hello, AraujoD.
Good day,
Thank you for posting on the Intel Community Support Forums
I received your case regarding this Intel driver, I will be glad to assist you.
Just in case, judging by the driver version, that one could be the Intel Rapid Storage Technology driver, but instead of referring you to that community section, I would recommend checking this error with Samsung instead since this directly involves their own software.
They can provide you with more information about this error, and possible ways to overcome it, if any. Additionally, after checking online, this seems to pop-up even in AMD platforms and their driver, with some users suggesting to just uninstall the driver, install the OS in AHCI mode, and even ignoring the software, but it would be better to check with the manufacturer/developer (Samsung).
If they refer you back to us for any Intel RST related inquiries, please submit your question in the RST community section or the support portal:
- RST forum: https://community.intel.com/t5/Rapid-Storage-Technology/bd-p/rapid-storage-technology
- Online Service Center: https://supporttickets.intel.com/servicecenter?lang=en-US
The thread will be closed right now, but if you require any type of assistance from Intel in the future, you can always contact us back.
Best regards,
