I received your thread regarding these particular devices, and I will be reviewing this with you.
I'm not familiar with the model numbers you have shared and I could not locate a particular support section for them.
If this is "flash memory", support for them has not been provided since 2006, and due to this product being discontinued, Intel Customer Service no longer supports inquiries for it, but perhaps fellow community members have the knowledge to jump in and help. You may also find the Discontinued Products website helpful to address your request. Thank you for understanding.
