Hello RiffraDD,
Hope this message finds you well.
As pertaining to your issue, this issue might be de to that B365 might not fully support it under Windows 11. To better assist you with the "Chipset is not supported" error during Windows 11 installation, could you provide more details on the following?
BIOS Version:
- Have you updated your BIOS to the latest version?
- Can you check if Intel Optane Memory is enabled in the BIOS?
Optane Configuration:
- Are you trying to install Windows 11 on the Optane M10 drive or a separate SSD/HDD?
- Is the Optane Memory paired with another drive in RAID mode?
Storage Mode & Drivers:
- Is your SATA mode set to RAID (RST) or AHCI in BIOS?
- Have you tried installing the Intel RST driver during Windows setup?
Thank You & Best Regards,

Thank you for your response.
1.My BIOS version is:M2YKT37A,It's the latest, I can see the M10 in BIOS but in the SSD device menu, It was set as a SSD instead of memory.
2.I can successfully install Windows 11 on the Optane M10 drive or a separate HDD,Currently, my Win11 system is installed on another HDD.
3.The RST option can be seen in the BIOS, but M10 cannot be selected when assembling RAID.
4.I try to set SATA mode in RAID (RST) or AHCI, But they couldn't make me install the Optane Memory software properly, In the system, the Intel RST driver can be installed normally.

I failed on the step two.
When I click on the Download the Intel® OptaneTM memory SW/driver package link, prompt me this product has been discontinued, I can't download this software.
Then I download the software from https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19056/intel-optane-memory-user-interface-and-driver-for-system-acceleration.html, But when I install, an error message appears, Your PCH is not supported. Enabling Intel Optane memory requires a motherboard equipped with a supported Intel 200 series chipset (or higher version), My PC is B365, I have reviewed the document, B365 supports the Optane M10.
Here is the error logs.

Hello RiffraDD,
Greetings!
Thanks for the feedback.
Kindly confirm if this Intel Optane M10 was shipped with the system itself or was it a separate purchase?
Besides that, I think the article from Lenovo is outdated, please download the correct Intel® Rapid Storage Technology Driver Installation Software with Intel® Optane™ Memory (8th and 9th Gen Platforms) at the following link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19755/intel-rapid-storage-technology-driver-installation-software-with-intel-optane-memory-8th-and-9th-gen-platforms.html?v=t
Then, please follow the Step two: enabling Intel® OptaneTM memory from Intel® Rapid Storage Technology application in the following link: https://support.lenovo.com/my/en/solutions/ht504149-steps-to-enable-optane-memory-on-systems-shipped-with-optane-memory-lenovo-desktops-thinkcentre
Note: Intel recommends that end users utilize driver updates provided by their system manufacturer/provider or via Windows Update to eliminate the potential impact caused by loading non-customized drivers. System manufacturers regularly customize Intel generic drivers to meet the needs of their specific system design. In such cases, use of the Intel generic driver update is not recommended.
You go through the following link that would provide essential information on your issue: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000026040/memory-and-storage/intel-optane-memory.html
If the issue continues after following all the recommendations, we recommend contacting Lenovo Support for further assistance. If they determine that the problem is due to a faulty Optane Module, please open a web portal ticket with us for RMA request.

Let's go back to the beginning. The problem I encountered was that I didn't have a network and couldn't install the optane memory software online. All I needed was an offline installation package. I have tried all of your previous supports, but I just needed an offline installation package. The current version of the installation package on the Intel website is too old, and I can't use it now. I can only use the optane memory software in the Microsoft Store. I just want an offline installation package. Thank you.

Hi RiffraDD,
Greetings!
First and foremost, as for the offline installation, is to use a USB key media with driver file in it.
However as mentioned earlier, Intel advises end users to use driver updates provided by their system manufacturer or through Windows Update. This helps avoid potential issues that may arise from using non-customized drivers. System manufacturers often tailor Intel’s generic drivers to suit their specific system designs, so using the Intel generic driver update is generally not recommended.
The concern here is you are using an 8th Generation Intel® Core™ i5 Processor with an Intel B365 Chipset. The latest supported driver version available for this configuration is the Intel® Rapid Storage Technology (Intel® RST) Driver 17.11.3.1010.2, released on 4/14/2023. This can be verified in the following link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000026040/memory-and-storage/intel-optane-memory.html
Now assuming you have navigated yourself to the above link you will find a README Text Files in documentation section, click that and go to item number 2 (B), you will find another crucial piece of information saying the system must be running one of the following operating systems (no other Windows OS versions are supported):
- Microsoft Windows* 10 x64 Edition** (current RTM version)
- Microsoft Windows* Server 2016 x64 Edition** (current RTM version)
Since you are using an 8th Generation Intel® Core™ i5 Processor with an Intel B365 Chipset and Windows 11 23H2, the latest Intel® Rapid Storage Technology Driver is not supported. Therefore, please contact Lenovo support for a suitable workaround.
