Hola, tengo un notebook HP Pavilion 15-bc401la , he comprado un Intel Optane H10 version de 16Gb + 256Gb Ssd, al instalarlo solo me reconoce la memoria ssd y no me reconoce la memoria intel optane de 16gb

los detalles del notebook son

Procesador Intel Core i5 8300H

12Gb de Ram

no cuento con disco duro instalado, solo la unidad intel optane H10

Placa madre HP 84f8

Tarjeta de Video GTX 1050 4Gb

Let's go through the requirements...

 

  • Have you verified that your laptop supports Optane?
  • Have you installed the latest available BIOS version?
  • Have you set the SATA Mode in the BIOS to RAID/Optane?
  • Did you have UEFI Boot enabled in the BIOS when you installed Windows?
  • When installing Windows to the SSD portion of the drive, did you leave at least 5MB of free space at the end of the drive?
  • Have you installed the latest version of Intel RST? Get it here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29340/Intel-Optane-Memory-User-Interface-and-Driver-for-Sy....
  • Have you downloaded the new Optane application from the Microsoft App Store?

 

That's a good start. As well, please download and run the Intel System Support Utility for Windows and save the report to a file. Then, using the paperclip icon below the edit window, upload and attach this file to a response post.
