First of all, the version of Intel® Solid State Drive Toolbox you have needs to be updated, you can download it https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26837/Intel-Solid-State-Drive-Toolbox?v=t from here.
Once you have it, please update the firmware of the SSD, the latest version is LSF041C.
Also, could you please translate for us what does the error message mean?
Based on the logs from the SSD, your drive looks fine, nothing to worry about at the moment.
