I have a problem with the Intel SSD Pro 5400s Series 256GB drive.
Windows has stopped recognizing it, in Linux it recognizes it as unknown.
Is there an option for support (even paid) from Intel in this matter to restore data?

The SSDs 5400's Series are based on NAND technology, Intel®’s NAND Solid State Drive business was acquired by SK Hynix in November of 2020 and is now Solidigm™. Visit the Intel Newsroom for details.
Starting on October 3rd 2022, all Technical and Warranty Support for NAND SSD products will be provided directly by Solidigm™.
