Optimizer don`t work on SSD 730 anymore

Hello,

first the Toolbox and now the Intel Memory and Storage Tool doesn`t work

anymore for optimization, it always stopps with a message, that the drive is

a.) encrypted or

b.) in a raid system.

It worked before and i haven`t changed anything, the ssd has never been in a raid and i haven`t encryted it. System is a Win 10 pro /2004. Drive health is 98% and temperature is showing as optimal.

As we understand, you need assistance with an error related to your Intel® SSD 730 Series. If we infer correctly, please review the following information:

We noticed, based on other customer’s experience, that this issue doesn't happen in previous versions of Windows 10* for example, 19.x.

We will soon release an updated version of our tools that will address this issue.

Our recommendation is to keep an eye in the downloadcenter.intel.com for this update, or if the issue related to the optimization is urgent to contact Microsoft* and to check the options available to roll back your OS to a previous version of your Windows 10*.
