Hello-
My computer screen went black on my Lenovo c940 15" laptop that has an HBRPEKNX0202AL Intel Optane H10 32G/512GB SSD. I am unable to boot my laptop upon restart. The disk does not appear when booting from a usb Windows 10 Boot disk. Tonight I tried to place the SSD into a Sabrent EC-SNVE SSD enclosure and view the contents of the drive on my Windows 10 desktop. The drive appears but I cannot view any files. When I look at the disk properties, capacity, used, and free space all show as 0 bytes.
What else can I try to get access to my data?
Is the drive completely dead?
What are the possibilities for data recovery?
