Hi,
I would like to ask some generic question: many Hyper Scaler companies (Facebook, Amazon, Google, etc...) sometimes sell hardware due to upgrade, way before the warranty on those devices have been expired. For example: Facebook sold tons of Intel NVME SSD's due to upgrade to the Optane line, even when those drives are barely 2 years old.
Those drives most of the times find their way to sites like eBay, Amazon etc and are sold as "used".
So my question is: Does Intel still honors the warranty of those devices? can an RMA be opened for a faulty device even if it was sold by Intel to another customer?
Thanks

Warranty applies to the original purchaser.

Al is correct; once an Intel product is resold, any remaining warranty is lost.
