is this right that the storage media of intel optane SSD 800P，900P，905P series is all Phase change memory, I saw that intel optane SSD DC P4800X Series have only 128Gb 20nm Intel 3D Xpoint phase change memory. so I don't know what storage media is applied for intel optane SSD 800P，900P，905P, the storage media of intel optane SSD 800P，900P，905P series is all Phase change memory or part of Phase change memory ,and if they contain part of PCM. what else storage media is contain, is it NAND flash
