I can give an answer to this. These messages started popping up on our Dell Laptops after we Upgraded Systems from Windows 10 to Windows 11.

Were you using the Intel Quantum SDK in some way to compile a program from source code or to run an already compiled program?

The SDK is designed to run on an Ubuntu Linux system and cannot be executed directly on Windows. To use it on a Windows machine, you’ll need to set up the Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL).
