In 2009 I purchased 2 Altera licenses for Quartus II v9.0. One license got applied to a PC and was used for Quartus FPGA development. That PC has now died, and I would like to use the second license on the replacement WIN7 PC. I still have the Altera issued license serial number, but the www.altera.com/GetSWLicenses link no longer works (not a surprise).
I have (12) Altera FLEX10K FPGA designs in Max+Plus II v10.1 to be moved into Quartus for a "new" Cyclone II EP2C20 FPGA (which is still not EOL)
Quartus II v9.1 was the last version that could read and convert Max+Plus II designs into Quartus.
Can I somehow still activate this "ancient" unused Quartus II license?
If not, how can I purchase a new FIXEDPC license for the Quartus II v9.0 in order to convert the existing designs into Quartus II??

Dear DinoJim,
Yes, can I confirm with you if you can access Self Service Licensing Center https://licensing.intel.com/psg/s/ ?
