Where can I find Agilex5 device support for Quartus Prime Pro? On the official site: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/software-kit/794624/intel-quartus-prime-pro-edition-design-software-version-23-4-for-linux.html there is no such *.gdz package. I would like run Agilex5 design example on development board: https://github.com/ArrowElectronics/Agilex-5/wiki/Command-Line-Linux.

I don't think Agilex 5 is supported in Quartus until the next version unless you are an early access customer.

Hi,
We have the same problem, the board is supposed to be launched today, but the device is not supported yet.
How do we do to be an early access customer ?

Hi
If you are interested in becoming an EAP customer for the Agilex5.
Please contact your local FAE or distributor. They will guide you on the details for becoming an EAP customer.

Hello,
We don't have a FAE, but we will buy the "AXE5-EAGLE-ES" on Arrow.com. But they don't answer our questions on how to get the EAP.
Best Regards,
Denis

Hi
I got information that Quartus 24.1 with Agilex5 device enablement will be release within the next 2 weeks. (1st week of April)
It is advisable that you wait for the official release of 24.1 instead.

Hi
Thank you for the first precise answer I've got.
Regarding to the EAP program and local FAE or distributors.
I would like to know who I should contact if I am Academic Programm Member.
The second case is related to FAE or distributors.
Even though I have an official distributor assigned, I haven't been able to get any reasonable response for over two weeks. The only response I received was, "We are investigating this matter."
Especially this second case is rediculous for me, and the only way of first contact (especially in enginnering cases) is this forum.
IMHO a company as big as Intel should take its customers more seriously, even if not directly, then through its official distributors.
My localization is Poland.
Best regards,
Marcin

Hi Marcin
Currently the EAP program have already gone half way and I don't think they are accepting any new customer at the moment. That could be why the slow response from the FAE.
Usually the Intel Marketing team will decides, who to contact for the EAP program before it begins.
My advise is to wait for the Quartus 24.1 release for the device to be available in the device list which is going to be recent soon.
