Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me.
I work at a manufacturing company for PCBAs which often involves testing and programming completed units to customer demands.
I have assumed responsibility for an archaic system/product which is ran on windows 2000NT.
The above PC has somehow lost a lot of drivers - The test is run on Gopel Cascon, which then calls for Altera Quartus prime II 6.1 to program the PCBA at the end of test.
from what information I have managed to gather I have two options: find the drivers that I need for the USB blaster (which I have tried and no success) or reinstall the Quartus prime software.
I have already noted that there have been responses on similar requests suggesting I must raise support tickets, however my support ticket has pointed me back here.
If anyone could give me some assistance I would greatly appreciate.

Hi Aiman,
Unfortunately I had already seen this page and this doesn't contain the drivers for USB blaster at all (unless it has a different name on this page).
I understand there's little the community can do but the direct support keeps pointing me back here.
anyway - My colleague had found a solution on stackexchange - he had gone into regeddit and made changes following sinstructions found here:
https://electronics.stackexchange.com/questions/482358/quartus-ii-usb-blaster-not-found-even-after-installing-the-driver/518098#518098?newreg=995df8b64d0e4f309fdb7fcb98b816f1
either way going forward I am hoping the relevant parties will upgrade the test as a matter of urgency so we don't have these struggles again!

Hi There Aiman,
thank you for your response - I have already used this page but my issue isn't with installing the drivers, it's that I specifically need the drivers to install as I believe some of the data is completely missing.
if I could get a fresh installation of the quartus version or just the drivers I believe this would solve my issues.
