AlteraAnd Aldec migration

[Quartus-Aldec]

Hi,

We have VM running with Altera and Aldec (Quartus) license managers and planning for migration.

we are planning to build new VM with same hostname and MAC address of existing VM(server). We want to get the new license and install files. please advise how to get the same.

Also need support team contacts details for both the products.

we need more details on server migration and install (.exe) file. Can we have direct contact number of support team. As it is very urgent to complete the server migration.

It is postponing from last month.
