I want to know if it is possible to do C synthesis with Quartus prime pro version for DE10 Nano FPGA board of device family Cyclone V. The Quartus Prime Pro software version 19.1 supports the following device families: Stratix 10, Arria 10, and Cyclone 10 GX. But DE10 Nano board is of Cyclone V device family and I want to do C synthesis.
So, can anybody answer if it is possible to use DE10 Nano Board of Cyclone V family to do synthesis with Quartus prime pro 19.1 version?

No, Cyclone V is only supported in the Standard edition, so you would need to use that. You can learn more about getting started with HLS here:

Hello,
Welcome to Intel forum. Steven Strell is right, Cyclone V is supported in Quartus Standard.https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/po/ss-quartus-comparison.pdf
