Hello,
I am trying to edit existing Intel IP I have created but can't seem to do it. I don't' exactly know what's up. The option is greyed out for all IP in the project. Any suggestions?

That's not it. I created these IPs in this specific location. I added the QIP files to the project. It knows of the IP. It knows where to go, but it just didn't let me edit it.
I didn't change anything and it is letting me edit things again.

It seems that you have made some changes in your current project directory.
you can try adding the directories in your library: Options -> Libraries -> add directory to my sub-folder under "Project Libraries".
