I have been trying to implement a design for Stratix V GX FPGA Dev Kit by following this design https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/an/an690.pdf but the design does not compile and throws an error that the IP needs to be upgraded but will still fail after I try to upgrade. It was suggested to me to try the original version of Quartus for the design which I believe is 15.1 (I am using 18.1). I have been trying to download from the Intel Quartus download site but whenever I click on any download package for any version, nothing happens and a "javascript:void(0)" message pops up. I need to download 15.1, are there any ways around this issue.

Hello,
Welcome to INTEL forum. Based on my understanding, Quartus Prime Pro Edition version 15.1 Beta is discontinued. We would suggest that you check with our distributor. Kindly contact your nearest Intel sales person or distributor https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/partner/where-to-buy/overview.html

Hi, even if I try to download Quartus Prime Pro Edition 19.4, nothing happens. Every product, version and download when clicked does nothing and I have no idea why.

Maybe the issue caused by corrupt or incomplete link file. Could you clear out your web browsers cache/temporary internet files and try download again it is recommended to download with combined file. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/downloads/download-center.html

I am also having the same issue, I need to download Quartus 13.1 Web Edition. I have tried multiple browsers and computers but in all cases when I click accept on the legal disclaimer, simply nothing happens.
Previously I have used this site and there was no legal disclaimer, the download link worked properly then.

Hi, I was having the legal disclaimer issue as well until I tried to download version 14.0 on my roommate's computer, that worked and I was able to download the software on his laptop.
