Which version of Quartus are you using and which PCIe DMA IP have you used? Is this Project only using this IP or are there any other IPs in use?

AN 829: PCI Express Avalon -MM DMA Reference Design for ​Quartus Prime 18.0.0 Pro from

This is the only design in Project with nothing else added.
