Hello all,
I bought a new Stratix V advanced development board months before the Intel/Altera merger. I have installed Quartus 18 Standard and attempt to get a license. However, the license form won't accept the serial number (5SGX ....says it is invalid). Trying to open a ticket also fails for the same reason.
I'd appreciate any help suggestions etc., since I am getting very desperate.

P.S. I also created a ticket with sales, asking them to forward the request to tech support -> response = use the methods that always fails because of the "invalid" serial number
