Hi. I haven't renewed my License since the aquisition of Altera by Intel, and can't access my portal. It keeps telling me that the password renewal can not be done at this moment. How do I reset the password and log in? I am typing my old password correctly.

This is the message that I get when I try to reset it. First I am redirected to a page where I must enter my old password and the new one, then redirected to this one.
