I've seen many other people have the same problem on forum.intel.com.
I've made an intel account to download quartus and modelsim but I can't login on fpgasoftware.intel.com to download the files.
I've already tried to connect to https://fpgasoftware.intel.com but I instantly get redirected to the non-secure version of the site (http).
(And yes I've tried to clear cache and reboot and whatever...)
Please fix this, I need this software to work on university projects.

Hi,
The link http://fpgasupport.intel.com is secure even though it’s on http protocol. It has been enabled in that manner in order to integrate the Akamai download plugin on to the site. You may proceed with software download.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks.

Hi,
I think you don't understand. It's not that I don't want to download from the site because it's http, it's that I can't!
I'll explain the bug:
- I open fpgasoftware.intel.com on my browser (tested on chromium & firefox on ubuntu 18.04)
- I click on "Sign in" in the top right corner
- I enter my username and password
- I click "Sign In"
- NOTHING HAPPENS
I'll link two screenshots I took of the web console.
I hope you can do something about it...

Ok, thanks, it worked.
But still, this is clearly a bug and a serious security issue that needs to be fixed...
