Classic Timer Analyzer in Quartus 9.1 sp2

Dear Sir, 

  We used the Cyclone-IV device EP4CE55F23I8LN in our design and we use Quartus-II Ver 9.1sp2 Web Edition.   As we select device EP4CE55F23I8L in quartus-II then Classic timing analysis option is disable and only TimeQuest timing analysis option is enable.   But we want only to do Classic Timing Analysis. So How i can enable Classic Timing Analysis Option enable in Quartus-II Ver9.1sp2 Web Edition for WindowsXP with Cylcone-IV EP4CE55F23I8LN?  Piyush Mahajan.

Classic Timing Analyzer has been "demoted" for quite a few years with the plan of phasing it out. Part of this is done by not creating timing models for the classic timing analyzer on newer devices. I would suggest switching to TimeQuest and trying to learn it. The first chapter of the following document might help:
