Hello,I have a DE0-Nano-SoC with Cyclone V 5CSEMA4U23C6N and a external-clock to 50Mhz. I would like a clock to 1Ghz with Altera PLL, is it possible ? Today, I have a clock to 800Mhz with PLL Altera but I can't exceed 800Mhz ! Thank you very much. PS : Sorry for my English, I am French.

Hi,Not possible,As per PLL specification. Check table:30 in below link https://www.altera.com/en_us/pdfs/literature/hb/cyclone-v/cv_51002.pdf Let me know if this has helped resolve the issue you are facing or if you need any further assistance. Hi,General PLL does not support 1GHz. For transceiver PLL ie F-PLL, CMU-PLL & ATX-PLL which supports higher frequency in most of the latest device family. For more information you can refer the data sheet of the device. Let me know if you need any further assistance.
