Customer asking about "renewing" 8pcs of Intel/Altera software part# SW-ONE-QUARTUS

To  Intel/Altera  Support Team:

Hello,
We are one of your authorized distributors (Mouser Electronics) and we have a customer who has some questions about the licensing of the Intel/Altera software part number SW-ONE-QUARTUS (bottom link). The customer already purchased 8pcs of this part a year or two ago and wants to "renew" their licenses; the customer recalls when he originally purchased the 8pcs that 1 (activation) code was provided for all 8 licenses; so now, the customer needs to know how a “renewal” of his 8 licenses would work (?) -- does he just need to buy 8pcs of this part and receive a code via email and then his 8 licenses will work (?) -- or -- does he first need to provide their license IDs, Serial #s, or the original (activation) code?
