Cyclone V: EPCS pins (Data[4:0] pins) use as regular I/O

I want to use the dedicated EPCS pins (Serial configuration pins) as regular I/O pins. In the menu "Assignment -> Device -> Device and Pin Options -> Dual-Purpose Pins" only Data[7:5] and Data[15:8] are available to set to regular I/O. Any idea how to change Data[4:0] respectively the EPCS pins ?

Hi,

DATA[5:15] are only Optional/Dual-Purpose Configuration Pins.

data[4:0] are Dedicated Configuration/JTAG Pins fixed functions can't use it as regular I/O pins.
