Does Quartus II Web Edition v10.1 Service Pack 1 support the Altera Stratix V GX A7?

The Intel Software Selector says it supports "Altera Stratix V", but doesn't specify "Stratix V GX". I'm looking to use this version of Quartus to program the Stratix V GX A7 on this NIC from https://solarflare.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/SF-114649-CD-LATEST_Solarflare_AOE_SFA7942Q_Product_Brief.pdf

Hi Bradley, Good day to you. You're right! Stratix V devices supports under Quartus II Software Version 10.1 but specifically Stratix V GX devices are not supported. Kindly check below link 'Table 3. Devices with Initial Information Support' - Page2 https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/rn/rn_qts_101_dev_support.pdf Kindly provide your device Part Number? Thank you.
