Edit AN 429 with SOPC Builder

Hello everybody,

I have a NEEK and try to understand the AppNote AN 429 (Remote Configuration over Ethernet). The software example walkthrough works fine and now I want to modify the Nios code (e.g. let some LEDs blink). Therefore I have to know the base address of the corresponding PIO in this SOPC system. I can guess that it is "LED_PIO_BASE" but how can I open this project in SOPC builder?

That would be definitely necessary if I want to add a new PIO. Altera only publishes the .sopcinfo file which is required in Nios II SBT. But I want to reconstruct the whole system in Quartus II SOPC Builder.

Has anyone experiences with that? And is it even possible to do that only with a .sopcinfo file?

Thanks!

Sebastian
