I want to encrypt an IP for a Customer user.
The problem is that we work on a Cyclone V
Cyclone V is only supported with Quartus Prime Lite and Standart.
But the tool 1735 Encryption is only supported with Quartus Prime Pro.
So my question is : How The customer cas use Encrypted IP in  a design for a Cyclone V ?
