Hi,
I am using Win 10, Quartus 18.1 with an USB_Blaster_q16.1 (with latest driver installed).
I am trying to program a .jic file to my Altera Intel of Image Capture and Processing Module.
However, the programming fails with the following error codes:
Error (209034): Can't find JTAG Server
Error (209053): Unexpected error in JTAG server -- error code 44
Error (209053): Unexpected error in JTAG server -- error code 44
Error (209053): Unexpected error in JTAG server -- error code 44
Error (209012): Operation failed
I need solve this error, please help me!

You could try closing the Programmer and Quartus and going in to the Windows Task Manager to force quit jtagserver. Then try again.

I've been solved that error. I tried install version Quatus 13.0 and it charged successful (Before I used Quatus ver 20.0)
