If you go to Tools>>Licence Setup, has your licence expired? Is Quartus looking at the correct licence file. The Web Edition licence expires after six months when you have to renew it.

Anybody can help me to solve this problem?? --- Quote End --- This document (http://www.altera.com/products/software/products/quartus2web/features/sof-quarweb_features.html) gives details about the device families supported by the web edition. Turns out all Cyclone families are supported by the web edition. So, possible causes of this error can be follows: 1. You haven't specified a valid license file (also, check the path to the license file). 2. You have specified a valid license file but some parameters are incorrect. Please see this link to set-up the license for the Web edition: http://altera.com/support/licensing/setup/lic-setup-q2webedition.html 3. Your license has expired.
