Error when unzipping QuartusSetupWeb

I got download Quartus2 13.0 version. One of the file in the WinZip was QuartusSetupWeb-13.0.1.232. I tried to install using it but an error pop up. And when i click yes to show the error. It said:" 

Extracting to "C:\Users\Tan Run En\AppData\Local\Temp\wz95ff\"Use Path: yes Overlay Files: yes 

Extracting components\QuartusSetupWeb-13.0.1.232.exe 

Irrecoverable Error: Attempt to read past end of stream." 

Please help me with this...
