FPGA acts weird with PS/2 and VGA enabled. What could be the problem?

If I enable both PS/2 modules and VGA modules then my FPGA displays bogus PS/2 commands on the 7seg display. However, if I have only PS/2 enabled then it works as expected. Could this be a compiler issue?

Unlikely a compiler issue. Probably something wrong with the design. Can you post any code?
