FPGA running failed. After it loading kernel/binary file the following error is generated.

I use OS Ubuntu 20.04(64 bit) and de1soc boards for hardware configuration. 

Platform: Intel(R) FPGA SDK for OpenCL(TM) Using 1 device(s) Device 0: de1soc_sharedonly : Cyclone V SoC Development Kit Device OpenCL Version: OpenCL 1.0 Intel(R) FPGA SDK for OpenCL(TM), Version 18.1 Loading kernel/binary from file con.aocx

ERROR: CL_COMPILER_NOT_AVAILABLE

Location: ../common/ocl_util.cpp:429

Failed to build program with source
