Hello,
I purchased Quartus Standard and NIOS II/f from Mouser. I have been directed here by Intel's own support department to ask Intel why I haven't gotten an activation key yet. A five thousand dollar purchase, and I've been referred to a forum to ask for tips on how to get my design software.
I am on a critical timeline and I have my engineering staff waiting for a bitstream. I am having to respond on a daily basis to why I am stuck on something as trivial as having my activation code delivered.
This is a stop-work condition for our project, and I am absolutely shocked that with so much on the line, I am posting on a message board for help.

Hi RTayl16,
Are you able log in to the SSLC (Self Service Licencing Center) from the link below and check if the products associated to your account appears or not?
https://fpgasupport.intel.com/Licensing/license/index.html
You can refer under chapter "4.2.1. Activate Products" from the Intel® FPGA Software Installation and Licensing user guide below:
https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/manual/quartus_install.pdf
If you are not able to see the product, the please submit the "Contact Customer Service" form (refer to the attached screen shot) from the link below requesting to check your License Activation Code:
https://fpgasupport.intel.com/Licensing/license/contact.html
In the Contact Customer Service form you need to provide at least your host id or NIC and details of the issue in the description when submitting the request.
Regards,
Nooraini

I purchased my license from Mouser. The PO number they have given me isn't accepted by the site. I cannot open a support request without a valid PO number. There are no licenses available in the self-service licensing center as we haven't received an activation code to use to generate a license.

Hi Rtayl6,
Did you try using your machine NIC information and not the PO number? You should be able to submit the form using at least one of your machine NIC information. You can check your machine NIC information (MAC physical address) from command prompt when typing the command "ipconfig /all". There should be a few MAC physical address information. You can try each MAC physical address. Remove the hyphen (‐) in between the value and the alphabets should be in capital letters. I have tested previously using one of the MAC physical address information and successfully submit the "Contact Customer Service" form .
Regards,
Nooraini
