I have an Intel NUC with a USB mux to support four FPGA board programming but I can not distinguish them since the first programmer inserted into mux will always be recognized as USB-1 in windows. no matter whichever port and whichever programmer. So how can I identify them without people on site? maybe some FPGA ID or programmer ID which can be seen in programmer application.

You probably want to make use of the jtagconfig command.
