How can I request a Quotation for Quartus prime software?

Hi,

We are interested in buying Quartus Prime software for a university project. Since we have to produce a quotation to the finance branch of the university to get the approval,I requested quotation from 'orders@buyaltera.com ' but they did not reply.Can anyone please tell me any other contact email to request a quotation

Apologies for late response.

Actually Quartus prime Lite is free, it doesn`t require license but for Pro or Standard edition you need purchase license.
