Hi,

Is there any way to change the location/origin of the region in the logic lock region using command line instead of GUI?

Yes, you can refer to https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/ug/ug-qps-scripting.pdf

Basically, you look back to your *qsf files and you can write your own tcl file to set it. The target goal is to change the *qsf results .
