How to integrate the touch screen LTM and Altera DE2-70 ?

While I try to connect the TRDB-LTM touch screen and Altera DE270 Board, I don't know how to implement it.  

I want to make a forward and reverse condition by using the touch screen. When I press F(forward) at touch screen, the light at DE270 will on. Someone can help me? I still new with the Touch Screen and DE270. Thanks! :confused:
