Hi
Does Quartus not earn same result between Linux version and Windows version?
I tried following conditions:
1. Quartus 18.1 standard edition.
2. set same compile option.
3. start compile after clean project.
4. I compared map report file about the include file and compile options.
But I get different result.
thank you

Hi,
I don't think there will be different results between Linux version and Windows version because both versions theoretically have the same compilation engine. Could you provide the project for testing out?
Thanks,
Best regards,
Sheng

Hi, Sheng
Thank you for quick reply.
I found Intel's official comment as below:
3.1.1.1. Factors Affecting Compilation Results (intel.com)
I think this comment might old information. Is it effective comment on Quartus18.1?
or as you say, compile result should be same?
best regards,
